🌶️ Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Picante y Sabor Food, every order is prepared fresh and made to your specifications. To ensure quality and proper scheduling, please review our payment and cancellation policy below.

💰 Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your catering date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date (depending on the order type). Payments are accepted via Square or other approved methods.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation begin once your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel, please provide notice at least 7 days prior to your event. Your deposit may then be applied toward a future order. If cancellations are made less than 72 hours before the event, you will be charged the full balance. This is because the order will already be in process. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you.
